Changes or cancellations
You can request changes to your booking, such as changing the date, adding extra people (up to the pitch limit of 6 people), or hiring the parachute shelter using the online form below. Similarly if something’s come up and you need to cancel your booking, please complete this form to let us know, it will calculate any refund that may be due and let you know. This is calculated in line with our terms and conditions.
